  1. How to make payments?

After sending a complete Contact us/ Quote Form to us, we will send you an e-mail containing the information on repair cost, reference no. and login details to pay the amount. If you are satisfied with the estimated repair cost quoted, then you can directly proceed to payment by using the given information. You can use Debit card, Credit Card, American Express and Pay Pal to make payments.

  1. How to track my order?

After payments, a unique reference no. is forwarded to you through e-mail. You can use this no. to know your device’s whereabouts. We also keep you updated, from time to time on the repair processes the device(s) is undergoing.
