- I want to take a Pick & Drop device repair order service?
This service is available to all customers who are not able to reach our store physically. The Phone Repairer is providing a trusted & reliable Courier service at your Doorstep.
You have to follow these 4 easy steps (also applicable for the Bulk Repair Order Service):
Step 1: Request a Repair Quote & Make the Payment
You have to send a completely filled – Contact Us Form or just request a – Repair Quote Form, from us. We will forward you the required device repair quote, reference no. and a secured login information to make the desired payment. If you are ready to take a repair service from us, then please make the mentioned payment through any of the below mentioned modes:
- Debit card
- Credit Card
- Master card
- Pay Pal
- American Express
The amount is inclusive of repair service and postal charges. After payment is done with, we will send you – other repair order booking / tracking details on your email id.
Step 2: Send-in your Device to us
A Pick-up service is immediately arranged for you to send-in us your faulty device to us from your mentioned address at your convenient time. We assure you that our courier service is quick, secured and affordable.
IMP: We would like to advice to all our customers that before depositing your phone/tab/laptop for any repair service to any repair centre, please back-up all your data and remove the SIM card from the Phone/Tablet.
Step 3: Diagnosing, Repairing & Fixing
We forward you a confirmation mail to your inbox on receiving your faulty device at our workshop.
We start our diagnostic services and a detailed fault & damage issues to be fixed in, are prepared. A final repair quote is made and sent to you. On confirming your consent on this final cost, we proceed to repair your device(s).
We use advanced diagnostic tools and repair equipments to fix all devices to get the best possible result in the most accurate and affordable way. A 12-month warranty is provided on replacing parts and repair service done.
We try to complete the fixing process in 48hrs turnaround time (from the date of device collection at our workshop). A final test to check the working parameters are done and after getting the desired results, we send the device(s) back to you. We keep you updated on all the device(s) fixing processes to you – through emails.
Step 4: Dispatch of Fixed Device to you
We inform you through an email, when the device (or Bulk order) is fixed completely and ready to be dispatched. The dispatch order can be scheduled as per one’s convenient date & time to avoid any inconvenience.
